However, all this quietness was not just be enjoyed by them. Because, Owen's brother named Deckard Shaw appeared break into the hospital where Owen was in a coma treated. That's where Deckard vowed to take revenge for his sister ..

Starting with the action of breaking into DSS (Diplomatic Security Service) Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) office to steal the archive of Dom's profile and his crew, Deckard was finally involved in a fierce fight with Hobbs. Too bad he managed to escape from the explosion that caused Hobbs injured and entered the hospital.

Deckard Shaw was finally defeated when the bottom of the parking garage collapsed just beneath his feet. Dom then launches his car toward the Jakande helicopter, throwing a bag of grenades, before finally hurting himself as his car slides to the ground.

With the help of Hobbs, Jakande's helicopter was successfully destroyed.

At the end of the story, Deckard Shaw is detained by Hobbs and locked in a secret room, a high-security prison cell.
